BRIDGES SKIN + BODY COVID-19 GUEST GUIDELINES TO FOLLOW:

We at Bridges Skin + Body will follow all new extremely strict protocols to ensure the safety of our team, you, our incredible clients and our community. We know getting your services is a luxury, and some of these new changes may reduce that, but if we work together things will get back to normal sooner rather than later and you will be able to once again receive the full experience you’ve grown to love. Outlined below are the guidelines that our guests must follow until further notice. 

Please note that the following is subject to change at any time, and we will update our social media channels with the latest information as it continues to evolve.

  • We strongly advise immunocompromised, at risk, and vulnerable humans including pregnant and nursing mothers to please consider your risks before booking your appointment. We highly suggest you do not schedule a non-essential personal service to reduce your exposure to COVID-19 and any other major health related illnesses during this crucial time. 

  • If you do move forward and schedule your appointment you fully acknowledge the high risks you are taking by receiving a personal and non-essential service. Bridges Skin + Body is 100% not responsible or liable for any health related injuries once you leave Bridges Skin + Body.

  • If you arrive at your appointment showing any visible symptoms of illness, even while wearing a face mask, (i.e., cough, runny nose, congestion, fever, shortness of breath, etc…) we will refuse service with NO REFUND.

  • As always, our spa will be properly cleaned, sanitized, disinfected before the start, in-between every single client, and at the closing of each day using only hospital grade disinfectants.

  • We will continue to be by appointment only and will not accept any walk- ins.

  • Each treatment room will be thoroughly sanitized after each client. We have allotted cleaning time between clients to ensure everything is above and beyond sanitation and disinfection requirements.

  • All service providers, are Barbicide certified. Certificates available upon request via email.

  • Only the person with the appointment is allowed in the spa. No kiddos, babies, spouses, friends, or extra people are allowed in at this time!

  • If you would prefer a zero-contact checkout please let us know. 

If you are experiencing any signs of illness, have been exposed to COVID-19, or are experiencing a fever, cough, or trouble breathing, please stay home and reschedule your appointment for at least 30 days later to ensure you are symptom-free. We are continuing to waive our cancellation fees during this time with at least 12 hours notice. Our strict cancellation policy for no-shows still applies and you will be charged in full. If you are uncomfortable with any of the guidelines outlined above, please notify us immediately at bridgesskinbody@gmail.com  and we will reschedule your appointment for when we are reopen fully.

This is a complicated situation and our plans may change. If so, we will let you know. Please know we are closely monitoring the situation and will follow recommendations from the CDC, NHS our MS board.

You are still welcome to shop for your favorite Bridges Skin + Body  products for your at-home skin care ritual or purchase gift cards to use for future services.
